Hi, Kathy--This is the rule that I follow when cutting any baking recipe in
half--it is quite simple--cut everything in half. If there is one egg in the
larger recipe, then don't cut it in half. Use one egg in the smaller recipe. It
works every time ! I will find you a smaller roll recipe
