My husband is in the US Navy and last year while he was on deployment, he ate "Pepper Schnitzel". He said it was basic schnitzel (which from my research is just thin veal or chicken) then it was topped with a pepper sauce. The sauce was white and peppery and "Delicious". He is unsure of the ethnic origin of this dish because he ate it at a resturant in Isreal that was run by a Russian family. He said it was served with fries and that you topped the schnitzel with the fries and the sauce, cut it all up and ate away! Is there anyone out there that can find me some recipe similar to this. I need to know a way to make the schnitzel and the pepper sauce!! ANY help would be greatly appreciated. My husband surely thanks you also! |
