Cardamon pods & ground cardamon are spices available in most supermarkets or specialty stores. The ground cardamon is specially aromatic & I use it to add a pinch to black coffee. Also for deserts. It is expensive but the amount to be used is very little. I have also the Cardamon pods & I use them for Arab Coffee. You add just 1 pod to the coffee & it will give it a special aroma & taste. Also, they are by far less expensive.
Probably you will find the Cardamon at any Oriental store or market.
