CAFE MEXICANO

2 cups RIPE MANGOES
4 Tbsp. LIME JUICE
4 Tbsp. SUGAR
8 Tbsp. TEQUILA
4 cups CRUSHED ICE
MINT LEAVES

Pour all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into large wine glasses, garnish with mint leaves and serve. Serves 4.
