Yogurt Pancakes
1 egg 1 cup plain yogurt(at room temperature) 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 cup flour 2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder
Beat egg until thick, add yogurt, beating constantly. Drizzle oil into mixture. Beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Fry on hot, greased griddle until golden brown. Turn once. Serve with butter and syrup.
