BEEF AND PEPPERS PAPRIKASH

3 cups uncooked egg noodles
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb round steak, cut in thin strips
1 tbsp flour
1 (19 oz) can stewed tomatoes
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 medium green bell pepper, cut in thin strip
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and keep warm.

Heat oil in large fry pan.

Coat beef strips with flour and saute beef in pan over high heat until browned.

Stir in stewed tomatoes, peppers, paprika, Worcestershire, and salt. Bring to boil; then simmer 3-5 minutes.

Stir in sour cream then gently stir in drained noodles or serve beef and peppers over noodles
