LEMON MARINADE FOR CHUCK STEAK

"Good on sirloin, round, or cube steaks, too."

1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons French's Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grated fresh lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onion with tops

Combine ingredients; reserve a portion of the marinade for basting and refrigerate. Pour remaining marinade over chuck steak. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.

TO COOK THE STEAK:
Remove steak from marinade; discard the used marinade.

Broil steak close to heat, brushing with reserved marinade, about 8 minutes on each side or until done.

Enough marinade for 1 1/2 to 2 pounds chuck steak
