SHERRY-ONION MARINADE FOR CUBE STEAKS OR HAMBURGERS
"Good, too, on very thinly sliced round steak."
1/4 cup oil 1/4 cup dry sherry 1/4 cup French’s Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 teaspoon onion salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine ingredients and pour over cube steaks. Marinate 1 hour in refrigerator.
TO COOK: Remove steaks from marinade and cook quickly over medium-high heat in 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in large skillet.
