15 MINUTE SMOKED SAUSAGE SPICY KABOBS
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. Hillshire Farm Lite or Regular Smoked Sausage, any variety, sliced 1-inch thick 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing A VARIETY OF FRESH VEGETABLES SUCH AS: 1 bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces 2 ears of corn*, broken into thirds 6 cherry tomatoes 3 new potatoes*, halved 2 zucchinis, sliced 1-inch thick 6 large mushrooms
Build skewers alternating smoked sausage and vegetables. Dip the kabobs into salad dressing.*
Grill or broil for 4 minutes on each side, basting frequently with remaining salad dressing.
*For spicier kabobs, marinate vegetables and smoked sausage for 30 minutes, then build skewers.
*If using corn-on-the-cob or potatoes, tenderize in boiling water for 3-5 minutes before building skewers.
