CHILI WITH RICE
1 pound ground beef 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed 1 small green bell pepper, chopped 1 (11 oz.) can Campbell’s Condensed Zesty Tomato Soup 3/4 cup water 1 (1/4 oz.) package chili seasoning mix Minute Rice, cooked (4 servings)
Brown beef in skillet; drain fat.
Stir in kidney beans, pepper, soup, water and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over cooked rice.
