HOT WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA1/2 cup chopped white chocolate
1 tbsp instant espresso powder
1 1/2 cup hot milk (regular or low fat)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon or sifted cocoa powder (for garnish)
Place the chocolate in a blender. Add the espresso powder, hot milk and vanilla. Blend until frothy.
Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and dust with cinnamon or cocoa.
