Do you have close family that can be asked for bringing some food gift, besides their formal gift for the bride & groom.
I would suggest:
-about 2 bags of buffalo wings, with a blue cheese dip
-three packages of rolled, already cut sandwiches, to be served in a tray over lettuce leaves
-about 2 packages of already cooked raspberry jellied cocktail sausages prepared in the slow cooker
-assorted crackers & small loaves of bread
-a tray of assorted cheese & another tray of assorted fruits
-a big bowl of pasta salad
-a big bowl of potato salad
-a bowl of cole slaw
- a bowl of rice pilaff (a big one)
-2 glazed hams, carefully sliced
-25 lbs of chicken breasts stuffed with spinach & feta cheese
the Wedding Cake as dessert
Champagne & white wine.
