1/2 lb. sweet butter 1/4 cup sugar 1-1/2 ozs. brandy 3 cups flour, sifted (or as needed) 2 cups pecans, chopped |
1. Beat butter until creamy - add sugar, pecans, and brandy. Add flour - make a soft dough. 2. Form into balls or press flat and shape with cookie cutter. 3. Bake at 300F degrees on ungreased cookie sheet 20-25 minutes. 4. Roll in powdered sugar. Yield: 4 dozen |
