2 cups cooked, mashed
sweet potatoes

1/4 cup margarine

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 1/4 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 cup orange juice

1. Combine all ingredients and place in unbaked pie shell.

2. Bake at 425F degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350F degrees and cook an additional hour and 20 minutes.
