CHICKEN SUPREME
6 boned pieces of chicken breasts
6 slices boiled ham
6 slices swiss cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
seasoned crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup sauterne wine

Pound chicken pieces until flat and thin as possible. Place 1 slice of ham on work surface, place one slice cheese on top and roll as cigar shape. Repeat with rest of ham and cheese. Place one roll on each chicken piece and roll up as well as you can, enclosing ham and cheese. Dip in melted butter and roll in crumbs (seasoned any way you like). Place in casserole and pour over top mixture of soup, sour cream and wine. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally. Cover with foil and bake additional 15-20 minutes until done to your taste. Serves 6.
