ISO: Bickfords Big Apple Pancake

The Big Apple is a Baked Apple Pancake and I have been trying to find a recipe like that. I got the procedure of how to bake it but I have to get a German Pancake Batter and have now come up with one that is similar. Thank you to all who can help.
