Recipe: Spaghetti-O's (Vegan)

Spaghetti-O's (Vegan)

1/2 lb "O"-shaped pasta
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 cup tomato sauce
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of dried oregano
Dash of dried basil
Water
Vegetarian Parmesan (optional)

Cook pasta until tender. Drain well. Set aside.

In a saucepan, put soup, sauce, and seasonings. Dilute with water to the consistency of spaghetti sauce. Simmer gently, stirring often, until it begins to boil.

Turn heat to low, and add drained pasta. Mix well. Serve, sprinkled with vegetarian Parmesan, if desired.
