Recipe(tried): Denny's Moon Over My Hammy - From a Denny's cook, the Brand Standard Moons recipe

MOON OVER MY HAMMY

Butter (with liquid margarine) two slices of sourdough bread. Place buttered side down on 375 degree flat grill. Place two slices American cheese on one bread; two slices Swiss on the other. Place 3 oz portion shaved ham on grill.

Cook two scrambled eggs (2 2-oz ladles of liquid eggs)... I prefer to do them omelet style (easier to handle & cut). Eggs go on American side; ham on Swiss side. Assemble, cut, plate cut side out on platter, add hash brown or grits. Might need frill picks if you didn't make the eggs omelet style. Throw it in the window, stamp the ticket, hit the bell, and yell at the lazy server to pick it up.

A "Skinny Moons" is similar:
Toasted (not buttered & grilled) sourdough; no cheese; Eggbeaters instead of liquid eggs; fruit medley (1/2 banana, pineapple, grapes) instead of HB or grits. Since it doesn't have all that goeey cheese and grease to hold it together, it will need frill pricks.
