Recipe: Disney Magic Kingdom Turkey Legs

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
I just left Disney- but before I went, about a week ago, the Food channel did a special on Disney Food- the turkey legs are injected with salt water before smoking. It did not mention soaking overnight. Hope this helps.
