SALVADORAN QUESADILLA CON QUESO
1 cup sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sour cream
4 oz parmesan cheese (grated)
sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a springform pan or baking dish.
Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time; set aside.
Sift flour and baking powder together. Add to sugar mixture little by little. Add sour cream, parmersan cheese mixing well.
Add mixture evenly to prepared pan. Decorate with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 40 to 60 minutes.
