With winter upon us it is an easy and very tasty hot main course. - Wayne
1 large onion, sliced
1 tbsp oil
1 head cabbage, sliced
1/2 cup vinegar (I like balsamic)
1 tbsp sugar
1 pound Hilshire Farms Polska Kielbasa
Saute onion in oil until soft in a large pan.
Thoroughly mix the cabbage, vinegar, and sugar and stir into onions in pan.
Layer kielbasa on top of cabbage mixture; cover and simmer for 14-20 minutes until cabbage is soft.
Enjoy with different mustards.
