Recipe: Prebaked Nut Crust for Cheesecake

Prebaked nut crust for cheesecake.

1 1/2 cups finely chopped nuts
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. butter softened

Preheat oven to 400 deg. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend thoroughly.
Press the mixture into the bottom and partly up the sides of a greased 9 inch baking pan or springform pan. Bake for about 6 minutes, or until the crust is a light golden brown. Cool before filling.
