1 lb ground lean meat
2 cups canned tomatoes
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 c uncooked rice
1 large onion
1 bell pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Cook bell pepper and onion in 3 tablespoons fat slowly until onions are yellow. Add meat and saute until mixture falls apart. Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings. Arrange in large casserole, cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
