1/3 c plus 1T unsweetened cocoa plus extra to coat pan. 1C all purpose flour 1tsp baking soda 6 egg whites room temp. 1 1/3 firmly packed dk brn sugar 1 C non-fat plain yogurt 1 tsp Vanilla forgot 1tsp baking powder preheat oven to 350.assemble a 10" springform pan. spray bottom and sides with pam, dust pan with cocoa, shake on the sides, tap out excess. to prepare batter. into a medium bowl,sift togeather cocoa, flour, baking soda, and baking powder.set aside. in a large bowl, use electric mixer, beat egg whites, brn. sugar, yogurt, and vanilla until blended.about 1 to 2 minits at med. speed. mix in dry ingredients by hand or on low speeb until moistened. do not overmix. this is not a smooth batter pour batter into pan and bake for about 35 minits or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. cool in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minits than use a knife to loosen sides of cake from the pan. remove ring and cool. makes 10 slices @ 155 calories each 0 grams of fat1 CHOCOLATE GLAZE 3 T margarine 2 T cocoa 1 1/2 C confectioners sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 T milk melt marg. add cocoa, stir in sugar, van. and milk. pour glaze over cake and let run over sides. add 2.8 grams of fat per slice and about 35 calories if you use the glaze. YUMMY, YUMMY!!
