AVOCADO PIE 3 ripe avocadoes (you can use the puree) 1/2 C lemon juice 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened milk 1 graham cracker crust Whipped cream (optional) In blender, mash avocadoes until smooth, add lemon juice and sweetened milk, pour into crust, refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
