Here is a very simple recipe if you like a spicy meatloaf: I add HOT Italian sausage to the hamburger meat. Just split the sausage casing, remove the meat and cook slightly, then add to the hamburger and cook as usual. (I add an egg, salt and pepper, a little garlic powder.) About fifteen minutes before its done, pour a can of tomato paste or even tomato sauce over the top.
