My daughter married reciently. One of the luscious goodies the caterer
served was a large heart shapped goodie. The main ingredients were
creamed cheese, pecans, & appricots - all blended together and shapped
into a heart; about 10" wide, 12" from top to bottom, & 4" high. Over
the top of the heart were appricot halves. The whole thing was covered
with an appricot glaze. The sides were then covered in slivered
almonds.

I have had many requests for the recipe. I would give my eye teeth to
have it too.

I don't believe I have ever had anything so scrumptious.
