Cindy,
Hope this helps. This is my husband's favorite and is easy to make.

Texas Sheet Cake

Bring to boil - 2 sticks margarine, 1 c. water and 4 rounded T. cocoa

In large bowl mix together 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour and 1 t. soda and add
to cocoa. Add 2 beaten eggs and 1/2 c. sour cream

Pour into greased 9 X 13 greased pan.

Bake 20-30 minutes in 375 oven.

Frosting

Boil 1 stick margarine, 6 T milk and 4 T cocoa. Add 1 lb. confectioners
sugar, 1 t vanilla and 2 t. cinnamon.

Spread on cake when luke warm.

I also have a recipe for aloha cake. Very easy

Bake yellow cake mix in a 10 X 15 pan. Make pudding with 1 large and 1
small vanilla pudding mix and mix in one large cream cheese. Spread on
top of cooled cake. Spread on large can of crushed pineapple on top of
pudding and then spread on 8 oz of cook whip on top of pineapple. You
can add coconut or nuts on top if you like. Everyone likes t his easy
cake.
