Subject: Recipe: Chinese (Mongolian?) Style DressingThis is my own invention and I'm quite proud of it!
Chinese Style Dressing
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp of grated lemon zest
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbs Sesame seed oil
Vegetable oil
Mix together all except the oil. Whisk in oil until it reached the required
consistancy (I like it quite thin).
I usually use this dressing on a salad of beansprouts, water chestnuts,
mushrooms and chopped spring onions.
