Medium Firm Tofu, well drained and crumbled 1 - 398ml can pumpkin (14 oz.) l cup light brown sugar 1/3 cup oil 1 Tbsp. molasses 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 Tbsp. custard powder or cornstarch 1 - 9" unbaked deep pie crust or 24 unbaked tarts Blend all filling ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake for 1 hour at 350F
