My family loves vietnamese food!! If you have the opportunity to try it-don't miss out. We often make it at hame and even found a great asian market. The problem is finding recipes.
We have a good cookbook ("foods of Vietnam" by Nicole Routhier) but do not like her particular recipe for the Vietnamese sauce called Nuoc Cham.
I would love to have any recipes from this great cuisine, but would especially love any Nuoc Cham recipes. Will also share recipes if you are interested in some!
