Here is a fat-free recipe, not baked:
Caramel Popcorn FF From "The Nutri-System Flavor Set-Point Weight-Loss Cookbook," p. 284)
1/2 c. raw popping corn 5 ounces water 2 T. brown sugar
1. Pop corn with hot air or microwave popper.
2. In 1 1/2 qt. saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes or until mixture thickens. Remove from heat immediately and quickly pour over popcorn, stirring continuously.
Yield: 11 cups.
