Bacon Cheese Rolls: Place thin slices of American or Brick cheese on slice of bread. Roll up. Wrap in a strip of bacon. Broil slowly until bacon is done.
Bacon Wrapped Olives: Roll 1/2 strips of bacon around large stuffed green olives. Broil 3 to 5 minutes.
Salami Cornucopias: Roll salami slices into cornucopias. Fasten with toothpick. Fill with cream cheese seasoned with garlic or onion powder.
Anchovy Wrapped Pickles: Wrap small pickles with anchovy fillets.
Broiled Sardines: Place small boned sardines on thin saltine crackers. Broil 2 minutes.
