Easiest appetizer around: Halve and seed whole jalepenos. Mix one can of tuna (water packed) and appropriate amount of mayo for a spread. Fill pepper halves with tuna mix and arrange on a bed of shredded lettuce. I was served this a few years ago and loved the combo of flavors. I did get tired of filling all those little peppers with tuna when it was just for me at home so I started making my tuna salad with chopped jalepenos instead of pickle relish. Delicious.
