I hope you are not into measuring because I just watched my mother and grandmother and have never measured anything. If you hold your mouth right these will be the best dumplins you've ever eat. Stew your chicken (I use breast because I like wht meat) Take out the chicken Add milk and 1 stick of butter to broth,salt and pepper to taste Fill your pot about 1/2 full Make biscuits just like you are going to put them on a pan Drop them in your broth and cover about 20 mins just a bubble not a rolling boil the flour on the biscuits will make the thickening Just before you serve drop in the deboned chicken Set back and enjoy
