I make up two batches of brownies-usually a blond and a chocolate when the kids are not home. When they are cool I wrap them individually in plastic wrap and freeze them in a single container. When throwing together the lunches in the morning I grab an already wrapped brownie and throw it it. These become the special brownies because the only way to get one is in your school lunch-they are not available for everyday casual consumption.
