My son likes the Wonder-bread tortilla's rolled up with no-fat refried beans and
some shredded cheese. We "stock up" on packets of taco sauce from the fast-food
restaurants. Both my kids like cold left-over tacos. The crisp shelled ones seem
to keep o.k. and the melted cheese kind of welds them together so they don't fall apart. Also, for desert, I have a variation on the brownie idea. I make pineapple&zucchini muffins and freeze them - they are always defrosted in time for lunch. Has anyone ever baked COLORED bread (as in with food coloring) for that extra gross-out appeal that the kids like? I seem to remember kids i grew up with having green or pink bread just for fun...?
