A friend contacted me about making up pie fillings ahead of time to be used in her electric sandwich and pie maker. I think I heard that in using flour as a thickening agent in gravy, etc. had a better consistency when warmed again than cornstarch. I don't want to lead her wrong. She has a lot of fruit in the freezer that she wants to use making pie fillings. Thank you from Sherilyn and me.
