I used to have a recipe that was on the back of the milk chocolate chips but I can not find it to save my soul. It was graham cracker crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, milk chocolate chips and coconut, I believe. Hopefully someone will see this and have the answer for you.
I did find one of Jean Pare's recipes from "Company's Coming--150 Delicious Squares" for you:
Quick Hurry Bars
2 cups (500 ml) graham cracker crumbs
1-1/2 cups (325 ml) flaked coconut
1 cup (250 ml) chopped walnuts
11 oz. (300 ml) Sweetened condesnsed milk
Combine graham crumbs, coconut and walnuts in a medium bowl. Add condensed milk and stir well. Scrape into a well-greased 8x8-inch (20x20-cm) pan. Bake in 350-deg. F. (175-deg. C.) oven for 40 minutes or until wooden pick unserted in center comes out clean. Cool Store, covered, airtight. Cuts into 25 squares.
