I used to take:
Whole potatoes, cleaned and cut in ‡'s or º's
Alot Green Beans (I have used, canned, Frozen and fresh)
Onions, chopped in slices, halves, quarters, rings, half rings
Kielbassi or Smoked Sausage
Pepper (I liked a lot of pepper with this)
A little salt

and put them in a pot with some water on the bottom (Two inches?)
COVER and bring to a slow boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
(Or less, you'll know when the veggies are done!!!)

This was so easy and actually got alot of praise.

If you try it let me know how you like it.
