Judy - You're more than welcome. The way that I like to stuff mushrooms is sauteeing the chopped stems, chopped shallots or onion and garlic, chopped pecans and enough bread crumbs to hold it together. Stuff, dot with butter and heat until mushrooms are tender. These are oinky fat, but so darned good. I've never been crazy about the crabmeat stuffed ones and this is my version.
