Cherimoya and Peach Soup 2 cups chopped cherimoya 1 cups chopped peaches (canned w/syrup) 1 1/2 cups sour cream 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup orange juice 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup dry sherry 1 cup peach liquid (from can) 8 mint sprigs (optional, for garnish) Combine cherimoyas, peaches and sour cream in a blender. Puree. Add remaining ingredients, except mint, and blend till very smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and chill thoroughly for at least two hours. Ladle into chilled bowls. Garnish with mint and serve. Serves 8.
