This is a recipe I found years age from the Washington State apple Commission and is still our favourite.(Canadians spell it with the "U")

Core and finely chop enough golden delicious apples to make 1 1/2 cups

Toss with
1 1/2 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup raisons
1/4 cups salted peanuts

Blend
1/2 cup mayo with
1 tbsp lemon juice
and toss with salad.

An excellent salad. Enjoy Charleen
