Bean Salad
1 can kidney beans, drained
Chopped celery
Chopped onion
Chopped hard cooked eggs
Salt and pepper to taste and mix with mayonnaise.

Kidney Bean Salad
4 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1 No. 2 can kidney beans (about 2 cups), drained
1/3 cup coarsely chopped sweet pickle
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
4 tablespoon sweet pickle juice, divided use
1/4 teaspoon Accent
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Put beans into a bowl; add eggs, chopped sweet pickle, chopped onion, 3 tablespoon sweet pickle juice and Accent. Blend together mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon sweet pickle juice. Turn dressing over salad mixture and toss lightly to coat vegetables. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve in crisp lettuce cups. About 4 servings.

4 cups red kidney beans cooked
2 medium onions finely chopped
2 medium green bell peppers finely chopped
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
3 cloves garlic minced
2 teaspoons white horseradish
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Rinse and drain beans. Mix with remaining ingredients. Chill and serve.
