Hi Judy:
The easiest and one of the best marinades I have ever found, for almost any kind of meat, poultry and even fish.
Is the Good Seasons Italian dressing (in the package)- any style you prefer- Zesty, Garlic, Original etc.
I like to use white wine vinegar for chicken or pork (it seems to be a little softer in flavor)and red wine vinegar for beef.
I haven't tried Balsamic vinegar yet, bet it would be good with beef, maybe even chicken! -- Kabobs!? maybe! - ¶…].
I also prefer using olive oil.
Just brush it on an hour or two before, then turn and brush on a little once in a while, until you are ready to cook it.
