Dear Judi, Following is from my cousin and is the best I've ever tasted.
Grate about three carrots. Mix with about 1/2 cup red French dressing and about 1/2 cup mayonaise. More or less to taste-depending on how moist you like. Let sit while you mix the rest.
All quantities variable depending on how much you need.
3 cans white tuna.
small jar stuffed olices.Halved if large.
1 can black olives. Halved if large.
jar small sweet pickles, chunked.
small jar dill pickles-chunked.
jar artichokes hearts.
jar hearts of palm.
jar cocktail onions.
jar button mushrooms-marinated if you like.
can baby corn.
Mix all. Best after overnight marinade.
