Title: Chocolate Cinnamon Crinkles

1 c Bisquick
3/4 c Sugar
2/3 c Nuts; chopped
1/3 c Cocoa
1/4 c Mayonnasie
1 ts Cinnamon; ground
1 ea Egg
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients until dough
forms. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches, onto prepared
dough sheet.
Bake until set, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet.
store cookies tightly covered.
High Altitude (3500 to 6500 feet): Decrease sugar to 2/3 cup. Refrigerate
remaining dough while baking first batch of cookies.

Title: Hamburger Pizza

2 1/2 c Bisquick Baking Mix
1 Active Dry Yeast; Package
2/3 c Water; Hot
MEAT MIXTURE--------------------------------
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1/2 c Onion; Chopped, 1 Md
15 oz Tomato Sauce; 1 Cn
2 ts Oregano Leaves
1/4 ts Pepper
TOPPING----------------------------------
1/2 c Green Pepper; Chopped, Opt.
2 c Mozzarella Cheese; Shredded
1 c Parmesan Cheese; Grated
Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Mix the baking mix and yeast and stir in
the hot water. Turn the dough onto a well-floured surface and knead until
smooth, about 20 times. Let the dough rest a few minutes. While the dough is
resting, cook and stir the meat and onion in a large skillet until the onion
is tender and the meat is brown. Drain off the excess fat. Stir in
the tomato sauce, oregano leaves, and pepper and set aside. Divide the
dough in half. Roll each half on an ungreased baking sheet into a
rectangle, 13 X 10-inches or on a pizza pan 12-inches in diameter. Pinch
the edges to make a slight rim. Spread the meat mixture almost to the
edges. Top with the green pepper and cheeses. Bake until the crust is
brown and the filling is hot and bubbly, 15 to 20 minutes. Cut into
squares or wedges and serve. NOTE: If desired, you can use shredded Cheddar
Cheese for the Mozzarella in the above recipe.

2 1/2 c. Bisquick Reduced Fat variety baking mix
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 t. ground cinnamon
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix ungredients until soft dough forms. Turn onto
surface dusted with baking mix; roll in baking mix to coat. Knead dough 5
times. Roll into a 10x6" rectangle. Cut crosswise into 1" strips. Place
about 1" apart n ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 min. or until golden
brown. Makes 10 sticks.

Apple Cheddar Shortcake

SHORTCAKE---------------------------------
2 1/2 c Biscuit Mix; Bisquick
4 oz Cheddar; Sharp, Shredded
2/3 c Milk
1/3 c Butter; Melted
APPLE TOPPING-------------------------------
3/4 c Brown Sugar; Packed
3 tb Cornstarch
1/2 ts Cinnamon; Ground
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Water
4 c Apples; Peeled,Cored, Sliced
TOPPING----------------------------------
1 x Heavy Cream; Whipped
Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Combine the biscuit mix and the cheddar
cheese then stir in the milk and butter. Spread the dough into two greased
8-inch layer pans and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Combine the
brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt in a large saucepan. Stir in the
water and cook until clear and thickened. Att the apples, cover and
simmer until the apples are tender. Spoon half of the apple mixture over one
layer. Top with the second layer and remaining apples. Serve warm with
whipped cream for a topping.

1 c Zucchini; chopped
1 c Tomato; chopped
1/2 c Onion; chopped
1/3 c Parmesan; grated
1 c Milk
1/2 c Bisquick
2 Eggs
1/2 ts Salt

Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4".
Sprinkle zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese evenly in
pie plate. Beat remaining ingred. 15 sec. in blender
on high. Pour evenly in pie plate. Bake about 35
min. or til knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand
5 min. before cutting. Garnish with tomato and
zucchini slices if desired. 1/2 RECIPE: Use 1 qt.
square or round casserole. Decrease Parmesan cheese
to 2 tb. Divide remaining ingred. by half. Decrease
bake time to about 30 min. HIGH ALT:bake about 50
min. For IMPOSSIBLE CHICKEN GARDEN PIE use 10 inch pie
plate. For 1/2 recipe plain garden pie, use 1 1/2 qt
round or 1 qt square casserole. For 1/2 Recipe
Impossible Chicken Garden Pie, use 1 1/2 qt round or 1
qt square casserole and bake about 35 min. VARIATION:
Make an IMPOSSIBLE CHICKEN GARDEN PIE by adding 2 cans
(5 oz ea) chunk chicken, drained, or 1 c. cut-up
cooked chicken with the veg.

recipe:
Impossible Taco Pie
1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey)
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded low fat cheddar cheese
1-1/2 t. chili powder
1 t. ground cumin
(for more spice add 1/8 tsp. ground chipotle pepper)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. skim milk
2 eggs
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9" pie plate. Cook ground meat and onion
until meat is brown and no longer pink inside; drain. Stir in seasonings.
Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients with
fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes or until knife
inserted in center comes out clean.

Title: Impossible Greek Spinach Pie
Yield: 4 servings
1/2 c Green onions, chopped
1 tb Butter
1 pk Spinach (chopped)
-thawed and drained
1 c Cottage cheese
1 c Milk
1/2 c Bisquick
3 Eggs
1 ts Lemon juice
1/4 ts Pepper
3 tb Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/4 ts Nutmeg
Cook onions in butter. mix in spinach. In greased dish layre spinach and
cottage cheese. Put last 7 ingredients in blender and mix well. Pour over
casserole. Bake at 350þ for about 35 minutes, until knife comes out clean.

Impossible Ham & Asparagus

2 c Smoked ham, fully cooked, cubed ham
1 1/2 c Swiss cheese,shredded
1 pk Asparagus,frozen, cut up, th
2 Onions, green, sliced
1 1/2 c Milk
3 Eggs
3/4 c Bisquick
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate. Sprinkle ham, 1 c. cheese, the
asparagus and onions in plate. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and
pepper til smooth, 15 sec. in blender at high speed. Pour into plate. Bake
til knife inserted in center comes out clean. 40-45 min. sprinkle with 1/2
c. cheese. Cool 5 min. 6-8 servings.
Note: 1 lb of fresh asparagus can be used.(about 2 cups cut up)

IMPOSSIBLE CHEDDAR AND BROCCOLI APPETIZERS

10 oz Frozen chopped broccoli*
8 oz Whole kernal corn; drained
1/4 c Onion; chopped
1/2 c Walnuts; coarsely chopped
1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Butter; melted
2 Eggs
1/2 c Bisquick
1/4 ts Garlic salt
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
*Thaw and drain the broccoli. Heat oven to 375.
Grease a 9x9x2" pan. Mix broccoli, corn, onion and
walnuts. Place in pan. Beat remaining ingred. except
cheese until smooth, 15 sec. in blender on high,
stopping blender frequently to scrape sides if
necessary, or 1 min. with electric mixer on high.
Pour evenly into pan. Bake until knife inserted in
center comes out clean, 23-25 min.; sprinkle with
cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes
longer. cool 30 minutes. Cut into triangles or
squares. Makes 30 appetizers.

Impossible Chicken Taco Pie
1 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded monterey jack cheese
1-1/2 t. chili powder or 1/2 tsp. chipotle powder
1 t. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. bisquick
1 c. skim milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Grease a 9" pie plate. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix chicken, onion and
seasonings together. Place in pie plate. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Mix together remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie
plate.
Bake 35 minutes or until golden.
makes 6 servings

2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
I cup flaked or shredded coconut
Heat oven to 350ƒ. Lightly grease 9- or 10-inch pie plate. Place all
ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute.
Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center
comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Refrigerate any leftover pie.
Impossible Chocolate Pie: Add 2 tablespoons cocoa.
Impossible Fruit Pie: Use 10-inch pie plate. Cool pie; spread 1 can (21
ounces) fruit pie filling over top. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Impossible Lemon Pie: Use 10-inch pie plate. Add cup lemon juice.
Impossible Macaroon Pie: Do not blend coconut; sprinkle over top of pie
before baking.
Impossible Pumpkin Pie: Place 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup baking mix, 2
tablespoons margarine, 1 can (13 ounces) evaporated milk, 2 eggs, 1 can (16
ounces) pumpkin, 2 teaspoons vanilla and 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
mix in blender container. Continue as directed.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, sohened
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
3 eggs
1 can (16 ounces) pumpkin
Sour Cream Topping (below)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate, 9 x1 1/4-inches. Place
all ingredients except topping in blender container. Blend on high speed,
stopping blender occasionally to stir, until smooth, about 2 minutes. (0r
beat in large bowl on high speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl
constantly, 2 minutes.) Pour into pie plate. Bake until firm, about 45
minutes. Spread Sour Cream Topping carefully over top; cool. Refrigerate
until chilled,at least 3 hours.
Sour Cream Topping: Mix 1 cup dairy sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2
teaspoons vanilla.

Impossible French Apple Pie
6 c Apples; tart,sliced & pared
1 1/4 ts Cinnamon; ground
1/4 ts Nutmeg; ground
3/4 c Milk
2 tb Margarine or butter;softened
2 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Bisquick or baking mix
STREUSEL:
1 c Bisquick or baking mix
1/2 c Nuts; chopped
1/3 c Brown sugar; packed
3 tb Margarine or butter; firm
Preheat oven to 325F. Grease pie plate, 10"x1 1/2". Mix apples and spices;
turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients except for Streusel till
smooth; 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into
plate. Sprinkle with Streusel. Bake till knife inserted in centre comes out
clean, 55-65 minutes; cool. STREUSEL: Mix 1 cup Bisquick, 1/2 cup chopped
nuts, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar and 3 Tbsp firm margarine or butter till
crumbly.

1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 T. chopped onion
Less than full pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thaw and squeeze) 1 c.
mozzarella cubed, 1/2 c. Romano or Parmesan Cheese.
Grease small loaf pan. Mix all of the above ingredients together by hand.
Pour into loaf pan. Bake about 30-45 min. at 350 degrees. Can be served hot
or cold.

Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly grease pie plate 10x1 1/2". Rinse peas under
cold water to separate; drain. Sprinkle peas, ham and cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients till smooth, 15 sec in blender on high speed or
1 minute with hand beater. Pour in pie plate. Bake till golden brown and
knife inserted halfway between centre and edge comes out clean 30 to 35
minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

Changing the evaporated milk to regular skim milk puts the protein at 3.76
Carbohydrates at 7.59 and the fat
remains at 1.99. The calories then drops to 62 calories/ .59 saturated fat.

2 (4 oz.) canned green chilies,
chopped & drained
4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
4 c. baking mix
4 eggs
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Sprinkle
chilies and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour
into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out
clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream and
guacamole if desired.
SALMON IMPOSSIBLE PIE
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 sm. can salmon
1 c. sharp (grated) cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, in sm.
pieces
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of nutmeg
Put above ingredients in a greased 10" pie pan. In blender blend the
following for 15 seconds: Pour over ingredients in pie pan. Bake 400 degrees
for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean when tested. Seattle, WA

24 eggs
4 1/2 c. sugar
9 c. milk
3/4 c. melted butter
3 c. Bisquick
3 c. lemon juice (not concentrate)
1 c. grated lemon peel
Mix all ingredients together in mixer. Beat 3 minutes on low to medium. Pour
into pan. Let stand 5 minutes. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 45
to 50.

ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or I minute
with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife
inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate any remaining pie. 6 to 8
servings.
Impossible Ham Pie: Substitute 2 cups cut-up fully cooked smoked ham for the

Streusel (below)

1 tb Butter; firm
1/4 c Bisquick
2 tb Sugar
1/3 c Slivered almonds
*3 1/2 c. sliced fresh peaches may be substituted.
Heat oven to 375. Grease 10" pie plate. Pat peach
slices dry; place in plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon
and nutmeg; toss. Spread evenly in plate. Beat
remaining ingred. except Streusel and sweetened
whipped cream until smooth, 15 sec. in blender on
high. Pour into plate. Sprinkle with Streusel. Bake
until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45
min. Top each serving with whipped cream.
STREUSEL: Cut butter into bisquick and sugar until
crumbly; stir in almonds. HIGH ALT>Decrease baking
mix to 1/3 c.; add 1/4 c. flour. Bake about 50 min.
Crust may not form.
