1 pound soft caramels
3 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups pecans -- chopped
2 tablespoons margarine
6 ounces milk chocolate chips
1 bar paraffin

Heat caramels and milk in top of double boiler over simmering water, stirring til creamy and smooth. Remove from heat. Add pecans and margarine; mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto buttered cookie sheet or waxed paper. Press 5 whole pecans into each, equidistant around edge with half of each pecan overhanging edge. Chill. Melt chocolate chips and parafin over hot water. Dip caramels into chocolate mixture and cool. Yield: about 3 dozen large ones.

Peggy's Mississippi Mud

1 cup margarine -- melted
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup pecans -- chopped
4 eggs -- beaten
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup coconut
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 pound powdered sugar -- sifted
1 teaspoon vanilla -- salted to taste
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup margarine -- melted
1/3 cup cocoa

Mix ingredients through coconut together and pour into large cake pan. Bake 20' at 350. As soon as cake done, spread on 1 jar marshmellow cream. Cool and spread with icing. Mix together last 5 ingredients and pour on cake.

Million Dollar Fudge

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 1/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 pound margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla
32 large marshmellows
2 packages semisweet chocolate
2 large Hershey bars
2 cups pecans -- chopped

Boil first 3 ingredients 5 mins, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Have ready in large mixing bowl the marshmellows and chocolate, Pour milk mixture over candy in bowl. Stir til dissolved. Add nuts. Pour into pans and store in refrigerator.
