Here goes:

Makes 1 1/3C

7 T Sake
7 T Mirin
7 T Dark soy sauce
1 T Sugar

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat; boil
until sugar is dissolved. Use immediately, or cool, bottle, and store in the fridge.
