Ang, here is one version of the garlic sauce. You can also just saute a lot of garlic in some oil and add it to the rest of the ingredients. It is a little easier but you could try this: 1/2 c. white wine 1/2 c. white wine vinegar 3 tbsp. chopped garlic 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Let sit at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes before using in recipe. Makes 1 cup.
